SOCON Corporation, run by the owner and Managing Director Sommit Sanrak, has 15 years of operations in construction on Phuket Island and in Kamala particularly. SOCON is responsible for the project management, construction and procurement. They also manage the architectural elements of the design and build, working together with Lotus Trinity, and have their own team of architects and project managers.

Experience

SOCON has been involved in a number of private and government funded projects and has subcontracted to many of the major projects in the Kamala area. They were heavily committed to the reconstruction of the region after the tsunami of 2004.

They have also worked on the development of a variety of development styles and sizes ranging from Thai school construction projects, private villas, beachfront hotels and condominium resorts with build budgets ranging from THB 5m to THB 500m.
