Kamala Falls Condominium Resort

Kamala Falls is a residential resort designed to incorporate both long-term residential facilities and amenities together with the shorter term requirements of the traditional holiday resort. The resort consists of 6 private villas and 94 condominium apartments of mixed size and layout and enjoys fantastic sea views and a magnificent 100m long swimming pool divided by cascading walkthrough curtain waterfalls.

Situated between Patong and Laguna on the beautiful West Coast of Phuket, only 400m from the sea, Kamala offers easy access to a wide range of facilities and entertainment whilst retaining its own ambience and charm.

Layalina Residence Condominium Resort

Scheduled to begin in 2008, Layalina Residences is a community resort designed as holiday lets or longer term residence for Kamala. The resort consists of 78 condominium apartments of mixed size and layout and is located only 150m from the sea.

Situated in the heart of Kamala, on the West coast of Phuket, Layalina Residence is surrounded by all the best that Kamala has to offer including many bars, restaurants and entertainment for all the family.

Build Style

The build projects for SOCON have been a mix of traditional and contemporary Thai and minimalist modern European style (and sometimes all three). Finish quality is always dictated by the client and the budget and fittings and fixtures have always been the focus for SOCON.

In the two latest projects, Kamala Falls and Layalina Residence, the finishing is forecast to exceed even the high standard at the Layalina Hotel.
